We continue to offer contactless curbside pick-up, as well as FREE delivery for online, email and telephone orders to your home or office.

How does Contactless Curbside Pickup work?

1. Place your order online at shopmonarchbasics.com or call us at 519-966-2400.
2. During checkout, in the Shipping Section please change Shipping Method to Pick-up.
3. Your order will be ready approx. 2 hours after being placed.
4. Our customer service team will call you once your order is ready.
5. Upon arrival at the store call 519-966-2400 and an associate will bring out your order.
6. Our pick-up area is located at the front of our building to the right of the main entrance doors.
